All sales are final
Every gown we sell is specially ordered. Once your order is placed, we are not able to make changes, cancellations, or returns.
Payment
We accept full payment at the time of order, or an interest-free payment plan of 3, 6, or 9 months. Plans are set up with your stylist.
Timelines
Processing typically takes 2 to 9 months depending on the designer. Manufacturers provide timeframes, not exact dates.
Alterations
Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. We refer you to trusted local seamstresses when your gown arrives.
