Bridal appointment booking deposit: Terms & Conditions
Agreement
By booking your bridal appointment and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit secures your time slot, the consultant assigned to you, and the preparation of your appointment space. It is not a hold or authorization. It is a charge for services rendered the moment your booking is confirmed.
2. What the Deposit Pays For
The $50 deposit pays for the reservation of your time, dedicated staff scheduling, and the preparation work completed before you arrive. These services are delivered the moment your appointment is booked, regardless of whether you attend.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Notice must be given by phone, text, or email to (636) 561-4030 or boulevardbridal@gmail.com. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the full $50 deposit. A new $50 deposit is required to book a future appointment.
4. No-Shows
Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time without prior notice is considered a no-show. The $50 deposit is forfeited in full. No exceptions.
5. Late Arrivals
Appointments are time-blocked. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. The deposit is not refunded for time lost due to late arrival.
6. Refunds
The $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance once your booking is confirmed. This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, change of wedding plans, change of venue, illness, weather, travel issues, or any third-party circumstance. By booking, you accept this risk.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
You acknowledge that you have read these terms before submitting payment and that the charge on your statement reflects services agreed to and rendered (the reservation of your time and preparation). Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms is considered a breach of this agreement. In the event of a disputed chargeback, we will submit this signed agreement, your booking confirmation, timestamped communication records, and proof of services rendered to your card issuer. You agree to be responsible for any costs we incur defending a chargeback filed in violation of these terms, including but not limited to administrative fees, dispute fees, and collection costs.
8. Authorization to Charge
By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the $50 deposit. This authorization is for a single, one-time charge.
9. Acceptance
By checking the agreement box at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions, understand the deposit is non-refundable, understand the 48-hour cancellation policy, and understand that no-shows forfeit the deposit in full.
